Why do Yoga?

Perhaps you want to stretch, relieve stress, increase flexibility, restore physical and emotional equilibrium or learn breathing techniques to help alleviate anxiety and “the blues”. You may be looking for a way to increase your sense of vitality while strengthening your body. You may also want to develop your own simple home practice to do when time allows. Any of these are good reasons to do yoga. Maybe you’ve been on the mat for many years, or have never stepped on the mat before. You can start at any moment in your life. Your spine will thank you.

As a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, I taylor individual sessions to meet you just where you are. Literally. I offer home or office, private yoga instruction in the GTA. Whether you are an absolute beginner and want 1:1 private classes or a seasoned yogi looking to deepen your practice, I can work with you just where you are to help you enjoy the many benefits of yoga.
